As the President of Templeton & Associates Equipment Sales, Inc., I have over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and water and wastewater systems. Dave holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia.

 

His mission is to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for water and wastewater treatment, reuse, and pumping by partnering with leading manufacturers and suppliers in the industry. Dave has extensive knowledge and skills in membrane bioreactors, screening systems, tertiary filtration, potable water membrane systems, UV disinfection, anaerobic digester mixing, solids handling, and pumping systems. He is passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of water systems and the quality of life for Templeton & Associates'  customers. The TAES team delivers high-quality products and services for municipal and industrial clients and parts and services to support them throughout the product lifecycle.

A native of Central Georgia, Jon Baker has been

in the industry since 1990, joining forces with Templeton and Associates Engineering Sales in 2012.  Jon focuses on water treatment, wastewater treatment and odor control primarily in Georgia’s rural markets and the Florida Panhandle;

Tim Boyne migrated south to Georgia in 1997 where he worked for a consulting engineering firm, Sailors Engineering, in Lawrenceville.  In 1999, he relocated to Birmingham, Alabama to begin his career as a manufacturer’s representative in the municipal and industrial markets of Alabama, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle. He created Cahaba Water Solutions, Inc. in 2012, and after ten and a half years of being a small business owner, decided to join the team of Templeton & Associates. The merger brings not only Tim's years of experience, but expands Templeton's coverage across the southeast.

Joe grew up in Knox and Jefferson Counties in Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University, and Joe's first job was with U.S. Pipe and Foundry Company in Chattanooga. After working in the Foundry, he moved into Sales with USP in their Nashville and Atlanta offices. Joe joined a municipal Rep firm in ATL in 1997, then in 1999 started MEMSCO. In April of 2001, he teamed up with Allen Walker and Bill Cannon of Templeton and Associates and they formed Temsco, Inc.

 

Outside of work, Joe enjoys time with his wife, Danyale, traveling and helping with her Real Estate career. In 2018, Joe started a disaster relief foundation with a friend and neighbor. His foundation is  called ServeComm. They  respond to various community needs including disasters with a kitchen, laundry and shower trailers.  Joe also enjoy cooking, hunting, fishing and music of all kinds.

Allen Walker is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in civil engineering and a registered professional engineer.  His almost 40 years of industry experience includes working as a consulting engineer, a rep for a pump manufacturer and a manufacturer's rep with Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales, Inc. for 32 of those years.  

 

Allen is currently a member of AWWA, WEF, WWEMA, GRWA, GAWP and 5S.  He is a past member of the WEF MARC (Manufacturer and Rep Committee), a Past President of the Gwinnett Chapter of GSPE (1989-90), Past Chair of the Georgia WEF Committee (2002-2003), Georgia Association of Water Professionals Past Vice President (2005-2006) and President (2006-2007), a previous Georgia Member Association Delegate to WEF (2013-2016) and the current vice chair of the Rep Committee for the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers' Association. 

 

Allen is a Water Environment Federation Hugh Wyckoff Award recipient, a Water Environment Federation Sidney Bedell Award recipient, a Georgia Association of Water Professionals Charles H. Jones Service Award recipient, and a GSPE President’s Citation Award recipient.

Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, Bill attended The Citadel and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1982.  He moved to the greater Atlanta area, working in consulting engineering and obtaining his Professional Engineer license.  Bill then worked with a pump manufacturer as a Regional Engineer until joining Templeton Engineering Sales in 1989.  He and Allen Walker formed Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales in 1996, where he still continues to support his clients. 

 

Bill is an active member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), where he has served as both President and Exhibit Committee chair.  He also is active in the 5-S Society, Golden Hydrant Society, American Water Works Association (AWWA) and Water Environment Federation (WEF).

Mike studied business at Auburn University and GA State University. He was a Territory Manager for five years, covering Florida, Georgia, The Carolinas, and Virginia. From there, Mike worked in the Municipal, Power, and Nuclear Markets. He was a  District Manager for 15 years, handling  Municipal and Industrial distribution in GA, the Carolinas, and Virginia. Mike has been a part of WC Equipment sales and Templeton & Associates for 17 years, covering the Industrial and Municipal markets in GA and the Carolinas. Rob Coleman has been in the water & wastewater industry since 1991 including tenures with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management, consulting engineering firm  and environmental equipment sales, since 2007. Rob joined Cahaba Water Solutions in 2019 which has now merged into the Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales (2023) team, covering the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and the panhandle of Florida. Rob’s focus has been on various process equipment solutions, as well as pumping equipment solutions throughout the Southeast. Mike Kahren has rejoined the team at Templeton & Associates. He previously worked with our team for 18 years, between 1997-2016. 
Mike has been a Southeast Regional Manager for a pumps company for the past eight years.

Stanley is a lifelong resident of Gainesville, GA where he worked as the Water & Wastewater Division Manager for the Gainesville Water Resources Department. His duties included the operations and management of 2 water treatment plants, 2 water reclamation facilities, departmental maintenance and lift stations operations. After retiring from the city in 2010, he came to work with  Templeton & Associates in their sales department. 

 

Stanley served as District Director and Board member of GAWP for eight years and was the recipient of the N M DeJarnette Award for service to that organization. He is also a recipient of the Water Environment Federation's William D. Hatfield Award.

Tripp comes to us  with over 14 years of experience in the general contracting side of the water and wastewater industry, primarily based in Georgia and Tennessee.

Tripp has worked as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for all aspects of construction operations for multiple projects. Tripp has been affiliated with organizations such as the Georgia Utility Contractors Association, Clean Water Professionals of KY & TN, and Associated Builders and Contractors. 
Tripp currently lives in Chattanooga, TN, with his wife and their two children.

David is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS Chemical Engineering. He previously served as a Sales Engineer Trainer  with the  Process Division of the Trane Company.

David was also a rep for 7 years in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia – working primarily with pumps and environmental equipment. After that, David worked another 12 years as  an Equipment/Process/Project Engineer for several engineering and remediation firms.

Patrice Exantus migrated with her children, seeking a fresh start, to South Georgia from South Florida in 2019.  Patrice obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus in Business and Marketing Management.  Patrice has over 15 years of Sales experience and has a customer service centered approach and purpose.  She enjoys bringing satisfaction to her customers. A graduate of Agnes Scott College,  Christy worked for a Chicago-based marketing group early in her career  and then transitioned into education for 15 years. Christy has now circled back to her role in the marketing realm,  joining Templeton & Associates in 2023.
